As I am already a user of Wars of the Roses Test of Resolve rules it was a forgone conclusion that when I started to Wargame the Hundred Years’ War then I would look to Test of Resolve for rules.
I have not been disappointed. Once again the flavour of the period is captured. The complexities of combat at that time are carefully woven into the rules without overloading the player.
Play moves fast, with excellent results.
Another bonus for me is the way the rules play solo.
